We want you to look good and feel good in your new sunnies. In any case if the new sunnies does not fit you, we accept returns or exchanges.
For your returns or exchanges to be valid, you must fulfill below returns policy:
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. For international orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must not have sign of worn like scratches.
• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. This does not apply to defective/incorrect item.
• Buyers hold full responsible until the parcel reach us.
• Please make sure that the package is packed up properly and can’t be damaged on the way.
• We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
• Store credit will be issued into your account upon receiving your merchandise.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you have received a defective/incorrect item, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will make necessary arrangements with you and send a replacement to you.
