RM6.00 for single product delivery. Shipping is free when you purchase any 2 or more items.
USD10 for all international orders. Shipping charges will be free when you purchase USD50 and above.
Important: The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and carrier-related fees. These additional charges will be collected from the recipient by our shipping carrier at the time of delivery. Due to many unforeseen circumstances and customs clearance process, international shipping may sometimes be delayed. International shipping charges are non-refundable.
We want you to look good and feel good in your new sunnies. In any case, if the new sunnies does not fit you, we accept returns or exchanges.
For your returns or exchanges to be valid, you must fulfill below returns policy:
• Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt. For international orders, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must not have sign of worn like scratches.
• Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost. This does not apply to the defective/incorrect item.
• Buyers hold full responsible until the parcel reaches us.
• Please make sure that the package is packed up properly and can’t be damaged on the way.
• We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.
• Store credit will be issued into your account upon receiving your merchandise.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
